Artist’s Statement
Kennedy-Grant’s latest work explores the confluence of forces at the ocean’s shoreline. Working quickly and loosely, often in unexpected hues, Kennedy-Grant captures the dynamic character and constant flux created when sea, sky, and land interact. Color and motion draw viewers into his depiction of quickly changing natural conditions.
